Bluejay or not?

Carter is starting T-Ball this year, and Chris is his coach...FUNTIMES!!! We had t-ball draft a few weeks ago, I mean really they are 4. But they worked on hitting, catching and throwing while the coaches looked on and took notes. I think Chris got a pretty good team, but we will see. Everytime Carter sees someone he tells them he is playing t-ball and that he is a bluejay, I am not sure where he got that but I don't think he will be a bluejay. Carter's friend Jaxon is playing as well, however, they are not on the same team...sad :(. Here they are at draft night... And this is what Bailey did while Carter tried out...she climbed in there herself This was Carter's first practice, the funny thing about this picture is check out Carter trying to get these kids to stretch. So funny... Carter going to get the ball

His first game is in a couple of weeks, and I can't wait to see how he does. Will keep you posted and show pictures of course

Our happy 6 month old...

Well Molly has reached the age of 6 months old, and is such a happy and pleasant baby. When we went in for her 6 mth checkup she was 16lbs 10ozs (75%) and 27" (90%). She LOVES to eat everything, milk, cereal and baby food. She doesn't miss too many meals, but that is exactly what we would want. Here are some things she is doing: *sitting up pretty good *eating EVERYTHING *started to get acquainted with the sippy cup *rolls everywhere as well as scoots *babbles (Chris swears she says dada and actually means it) ha :) *and the best thing right now for me are her belly laughs (she gives the best ones to Carter) there are I am sure other things that she is doing, but those are all I can think of now

I love how Bailey is so happy here and Molly doesn't even look like she sees her there

Not really sure what made her so mad, but I think this picture is hilarious...

Carter's First Wedding...

Last weekend we took Carter to his first wedding, and I think he loved every minute of it. It was a little date night with our little man where he had all of our attention the whole time. It was our friend Trent's wedding (Dane's brother) so we got to see Paige dressed up for the festivities. She was so beautiful...and her and Carter enjoyed themselves on the dance floor. This was such a cute picture...two loving cousins Carter used his mad dancing skills on the dance floor...he would twirl/dip Paige and then when the fast songs would come on he would use his fast dance moves. Thanks to our friends kids who teach him all these moves...ha (sorry for quality it was taken with my phone)

Alzheimer's Gala

Last weekend Chris and I got to get all dressed up and attend the Alzheimer's Gala. One of Chris's partners at work is on the board, so they bought a table at the Gala. It was so fun to get to dress up and see what these galas are all about. Thanks to Candy she supplied my dress since I couldn't really find anything while I was out of town in Heber. And to of course Nana who kept the kids for us while we were out.

Sorry for the print quality...it was dark inside and the picture was taken on my phone. But you can kind of see us all fancy. ha

This one is a little better

Little Sunday afternoon fishing...

A couple of weeks ago we went with the Addingtons to the FLW tour held in Rogers after church. The kids had a good time jumping on inflatables, catching a fish and "driving" a boat.

Even Paisley and Molly had a good time...

The funny thing is that Chris and Carter were dressed a like (Chris did not know). The kids had stayed the night with Nana Flynt on Saturday, and when Chris went to get them for church they matched...I thought it was funny...Chris probably did not.
The girls were so done by the end...

Regionals and State Bound

The reason for my lack of blogging lately is the fact that we have been on the road across Arkansas with the Gravette Sr. Girls Basketball team. They qualified for regionals (held in Pottsville) and then State (held in Heber Springs), so therefore, we have been a little busy to say the least. I only had to stay 1 night in Pottsville so that wasn't a big deal, but then we were planning to stay much longer in Heber, so I decided with it being tax season it would be best to take at least most of my children to help Chris. So, we went on a roadtrip following the bus, which my children loved...

To say that my kids love my cheerleaders is an understatement. They liked them before, but after 3 days with them, they were in love with them. My cheerleaders were so great with them, and I could have asked for a group of girls and mascot. They let my kids eat their food, sit on there laps, and play with their cell phones. My kids did so well and most of it was due to my cheerleaders.

The car ride was good, but they were excited to finally eat dinner the first night, even if it was 8:00. Here are K and C with Candace, my captain (she is Carter's favorite).

This was them on game day...ready to cheer on those Lions

It was so sweet to see the girls sleep in a big bed together, they would sleep so close together even though we had a huge king bed...I however, did not get much sleep, B is moving constantly not sure how she sleeps at night peacefully

K was helping Stormi do her homework...

Doing a little drawing...

Thanks to my sister, Aunt Lavon and my friend Luissa, Molly was able to stay home, and have a little daddy bonding time. It was great to take the kids on this trip, but I was so glad to get home and back to our normal routines. The girls did make it to the 2nd round at state, so congrats to them.

Molly is 6 months!!

To catch you up on little Molly, here are a few pictures. She is 6 months old today, and we are so blessed to have her.

She started eating vegetables and fruit around 5 months (I know I am behind), and actually loves them. Her favorite...peas

She ROLLS EVERYWHERE!!! Her favorite place to go is under the swing...

And is quick to grab things in her way...

Here again in her favorite spot...

And just a sweet little smile with her other obsession...her tongue

She is so great, sleeps well most of the time, and rarely cries. And is constantly being stepped on, rolled over and played with by her brother and sisters...she is truly loved.
