TBT...

I have actually never done a TBT, but I am taking you back a year ago to my family Thanksgiving Lunch!  For those of you that don't know, my dad is 1 of 8 (7 boys & 1 girls), and when we ALL get together there is quite a crew.  I LOVE my family, and how we have continued to get together for all types of occasions.  I am THANKFUL today for all my families.  I have the best little family of 6, the best inlaws, and the best immediate family a girl could ask for.  I know if there were ever a time I needed anything, any of these people below would be there in a flash.

There are only a few people missing from this picture...we actually took it to send to my cousin Zach who was away for the military last Thanksgiving, and missed out!  And can you imagine with this many people how MUCH food we have!  It truly is amazing!  And if you happen to not have anything for your family for Thanksgiving/Christmas, any Holiday, feel free to stop by our gather...do you think we would know the difference anyway.  :)
I do know that my cousin Jennifer is missing today, as they aren't coming in until Christmas, so from me to you Jennifer...Happy Thanksgiving!  I miss you and can't wait to see you at Christmas!

Welcome to The Littles Bakery...

On Sunday the girls and I ran to Walmart to get some supplies for all of our Thanksgiving dinners, and I got some supplies for them to make some pumpkin cookies as well.  They were in charge of decorating them...and they loved every minute of it.  They put on their aprons, and decorating the began.  They love being in the kitchen and helping me cook, bake, whatever.  And if you know me, you know I LOVE to bake.  I would eat cakes, cookies, brownies all the time if I didn't have a family, regular cooking just isn't as fun for me.

I love how focused Kennedy and Bailey are...
 They are VERY excited!!!
Can you tell which ones they decorated?  Ha!
And every baker needs a break to color of course...
I love these silly girls, and now that the "baking" season is coming up quickly, I am sure we will be in the kitchen a lot more making some goodies...stay tuned for more from The Littles Bakery.

Silly girls and their hats...

These girls are funny!  On Sunday I had to run to the store to pick up a few things for our many Thanksgiving feasts, and decided to get the girls some new stocking hats since it is FREEZING these last few days.  They were the first things we looked at and got, and let me tell you it was the most peaceful trip to WMT with all 3 girls I think I have had.  They were SO excited about their hats, and listened so well, especially because I told them if they did we would get a cookie at the end.  Bribery...not above it :)

Don't they look adorable?

BB Season has Begun...

Last week Gravette kicked off basketball season, and this was my date for the first one.  The girls and Chris were at gymnastics, and Carter and I were at the game.  Luckily for Carter, his friend Pierce was there.  These 2 boys had such a good time playing with each other.  They were on the same T-Ball team, and Pierce's sister was in Carter's PreK class.

Check out Carter rockin his basketball shirt, I know he didn't plan that nor did I, but how appropriate it was :)!

Guess who I saw...

For those of you that know me well, you know that I am obessed with the Bachelor/Bachelorette on ABC.  Like obsessed to where I have a group of girls come over on Monday nights to watch it.  I LOVE IT to say the least.  The sad thing is I have a twitter account where I only follow reality tv, actors, actresses, etc...do you see a pattern here, I am a stalker BIG FAN of these people.  Everytime I go to NY or CA, I am hoping that I will run into someone famous.  Well, I went to NY this past week, and I actually saw one of the Bachelorette guys...JP.  My VP and I were walking around the city, and went into Chelsea Market (shopping, food, etc).  I walked past this guy who looked just like him but didn't think anything about it.  Then we got to the end and turned around and came back, and I confirmed it was him.  Had he not been in a business meeting I totally would have stopped and gotten a picture with him..I am that CRAZY!!!  Oh well, at least I saw him.

This is him and Ashley (the Bachelorette), they are married now...in case you care :)

Then my old boss and VP mentioned this place called Jekyll and Hyde's as a place to go for a good atmosphere, and again if you know me at all you know I love things SCARY!!  Again, I know you are thinking I am crazy, well I am, there I admit it!  So, on Tuesday night we went there for appetizers before dinner.  It was SO awesome!  We sat in these chairs that went up and down as you were sitting in them, but not at the same time, and you actually barely feel them going down.  AWESOME!!  They had these people there acting out parts, etc.  It was a lot of fun!

The best part was this...Can you tell where the bathrooms are?  And if you can, I'm just going to tell you, you won't be able to tell which one is guys vs girls.  Coolest thing!

To finish off our night we went to Capital Grill, I have recently been promoted and my old boss got Sales Guy of the Year for our whole company...so our VP wanted to take us somewhere nice...This is my LOBSTER...it was so good!  I know, I am spoiled with work!
So, for all of you wondering about where I have been, and why I have fallen off the Blogwagon?  Well, I have been gone for a few weeks for work, but hopefully I will start back to my daily posts!  I really do love keeping you all up to date on our little family!

Randy Rogers Band...

Saturday night Chris got me and some friends together and we went to see Randy Rogers Band at George's Majestic Lounge.  This is probably only the 2nd time I have been there every!  We had such a good time, but just like every other concert I have gone to, I got right next to these crazy people.  We were on the 2nd row, right in front of the band.  It was a lot of fun, and the band was great.

Thanks Ryan and Crissy for joining us...a year ago Chris and Ryan went and saw the same band, and this year Crissy and I were invited...how lucky are we? :)

Lazy Saturdays...

We don't have very many of these, but when we do I sure do love them.  We spent some of this part Saturday morning at Walmart doing a little grocery shopping, and then Carter went to some birthday parties.  So, it was just me and the girls, and let me tell you I loved just listening to them play.  They went from room to room, playing, coloring, doing puzzles, etc.  You name it they did it, and the best part is they ALL got a long while doing it.  This makes my heart so happy when they actually all play together nicely.  They like all siblings love to get on each others nerves, but today didn't.

Thank you God for days like Saturday with my kids...

Holly...

So, last Thursday I was out walking stores for work, and low and behold I found this...

If you are not sure what this is...it is one of the many Christmas stations on Sirius right now.  It makes my heart happy to listen to Christmas music, and makes Chris sick that I am listening to it SO early.  So, of course I had to pull out some of my Christmas CDs, to put in my car to get in the spirit even more.  I seriously love this time of year, and love the music even more.  These are just some of my favorites...Chris prepare yourself!!!  :)

Oh Boys....

Carter's least favorite thing to do is go watch the girls do gymnastics, not because he doesn't like to do it himself, but because he just has to sit there and watch.  We just tell him, there have been many times that the girls have just had to sit there and watch him during T-Ball, Soccer, etc.  So, now is his turn....

I just loved this picture...he was playing a motorcycle game...which is the closest his little eyes will get to one if I have anything to do with it.  :)  Seriously 2 peas in a pod!

Love these two...

Last minute trips...

So, last Wednesday we decided that we wanted to take the kids to SDC and Branson for the weekend.  We extended the invitation to Nana as well, and she happily agreed to go.  We had such a good time!  It was probably one of the best weather days I have EVER had at SDC.  It was perfect, and up until the tree lighting and parade it wasn't that busy, but by the end it was getting packed.  The kids had a great time riding all the rides, and well Chris and I had a good time riding some as well.  I was sad that I didn't get Chris on the new one, Outlaw Run, as the line was too long to wait (40 mins)...I think he was a tiny bit scared!  Oh well, there is always next time!

Here are the kids and Nana when we got there about to head in...

Me and my sweet Molly, I think we were waiting to ride the frogs...

I just love this picture...not sure why, but I do.  I sure do love these kids, and l can't believe how much they are growing up so quickly.

Amber and I rode this ride the last time we were there together, and this time...

I got this guy to go with me...good day!
We saw some of our friends there, and thought it was funny that both he and Chris were carrying their kids bags that were exactly the same, well except for the name but even that is close...

And at the end of it all...we had a great time, no meltdowns were had, just some good times!  We got a bag full of cinnamon rolls and then hit the road to eat some dinner.  Thanks Nana for going with us, it was A LOT of fun!
And to leave you with a picture from our Saturday out shopping...this will probably be the only plane that all 4 of our kids are on at the same time for a LONG time!!!

Pleasant Surprise...

The kids were so excited to wake up on Saturday morning, and hear that Magan was coming over for breakfast.  She was in town for the weekend, and we were going out of town, so we thought the best thing to do was eat before we left.  They had so much fun with her there, and it was just like she never left.  They crawled all over her, they begged her to read books, and most importantly they got to talk to Boaz.  I don't know Boaz as well as they do, but when I said I hope when you come in for Christmas (he is in VA in the military) you are ready for a 5 year old girls birthday party.  He then sweetly replied, that was one of the things he was most looking forward to.  Man I sure do love him and Magan, and love that they love on my kids!  I know I say that a lot, but when you find people like them who love your kids you keep them...which I plan to do with Magan, oh yes she will continue to keep my kids until she quits...ha!

We love you Magan!

Sweet dinner dates...

Every Thursday night you can bet on us being at Chick Fil A after the girls finish gymnastics.  What can I say, we all love it.  Well, last night we had some sweet people join us for dinner...The Simpsons.  We love the Simpsons, but because we all have lives and are busy we haven't seen them in forever.  Well, last night we made it a point to meet up.  The kids love Mr. Jeff and Mrs. Dana, and we always have a good time.  There was one point that Mr. Jeff came out of the toy room and had a look on his face that said I am up to something..Dana and I were dying.  These 2 need some grandkids, but until they get them I am glad that they love on my kids!

Thanks Jeff and Dana for taking the time to eat with us, the kids and Chris and I had a great time!

Sweet friends...

A couple of weeks ago we had some friends over for dinner.  We had such a great time, and let me tell you my kids LOVED sweet Piper.  They all wanted to sit right next to her everytime we were eating...dinner/dessert.  Her brother Owen was there too, and we love him as well, but they were literally obsessed with Piper.  Carter and Owen did play paper airplanes at the end of the night, and I am pretty sure Owen had the best time!

I am thankful for friends that we get to spend time with, but even more thankful that we have kids that love to play and hang out with each other.

I don't know how you do it?...

I can't tell you how many times I hear this every week.  And honestly, I have no clear answer other than the AMAZING family and friends that we have around.  Most of you know that I have a hard time saying NO...I am getting better, but this is a process people.  I love helping and doing things for people, and let's be honest I am a TYPE A personality so my way gets done if I do it myself.  Again, people I am working on it.  I am learning slowly but surely to start saying NO!!!  I am sure this is funny to Chris, but I promise one day I will get there.  Now, let's again be honest, I will still continue to do things for people/thngs, just at a different level.

Our daily schedules are the same each day/week, so it makes it really easy to know what is going on and when.  I am all about the honesty hear today, it is not always roses and pretty but we survive each and every day!  I love my life and my very supportive family.  If not for them, so many things wouldn't be possible.  And above all I am so truly blessed by THIS GUY...

He puts up with A LOT from me, and I am sure I drive him nuts 99.9% of the time, but he deals with it and loves me regardless.  So, for all those people who always as me how I do it, well I only put the plans in motion, its with the help of ALL those around me, and a very good schedule that it all goes off without a hitch!  So, if you are one of those people who help us whenever we need, ask or don't ask, THANK YOU!!!  We love you all so much, and Chris I LOVE YOU and appreciate everything you do for my crazy self!

Kids in Toyland...

This past Friday was First Friday on the Bentonville Square.  Chris was a VERY brave soul and took all the kids up there while I was headed to Berryville for a football game.  He did this about 2 years ago as well.  If you haven't been to First Friday Toyland...you have missed all the craziness.  There are always a lot of people that turn out for First Friday, but Toyland is even bigger.  The kids and I secretly think Chris all had a great time.  I have the best husband that isn't afraid to take our 4 kids out on the town to do things like this.  Thanks Chris you rock!!!!

Here are a few pics of their night, and with them meeting their "celebrities" (they get that from me).

I love Bailey here...apparently she was holding out her hammer.  HA!!
I love that our community does this, and hope that they continue to do First Fridays.  Man how things change from when I was a kid!

A lot of Halloween Fun...

We had a jam packed Halloween, but we had a great time.  I picked up the kids from school a little early, and headed to my office for a little Halloween party full of games and food for the kids.

Probably the most popular game was Angry Birds...you will see a new adaption to that later one...
Wouldn't be complete without some cookie decorating...
 And a little mini golf...
And here is the adaption...Carter thought it would be good to lay up there and have people throw balls to knock him off...it actually worked crazy thing...
And then when almost everyone else had left, we proceeded to play in the boxes...its the little things.
Then off to trick or treat (we normally go to our church Fall Fest, but decided to just trick or treat this year)...and shame on me, this is the only picture that we got with the grandparents...sorry to Nana Flynt and Papa Webb.  I have no idea what I was thinking.
One of our last stops was at Nana Flynts, and luckily the Addingtons were still there for a group pic.  Crazy group of kids, and a very sad kitty because of not getting a sucker :(
Sad but this was our only family picture of the night, and it was our last house.  The plus was I finally found my Thing 2!!!  And doesn't he make a fabulous one?
I hope you all had a great Halloween, I know we have enough candy to last us all year!!

A little bunco...a little Halloween...

This month was my month to host Bunco at my house.  So, being Halloween and all I decided to do a Halloween themed night.  All but 3 of the ladies dressed up, and it was so much fun and definitely saw some creative things from people.  I love these ladies, and always have a great time with them.

Check out Flo and the Starbucks drink...they tied for winners of the costume contest.  What a great time!
