Girls last days...

The girls had a great last few days of school, and are ready for Kindergarten...

On Carter's Buddy Day they got to go outside with their tie dyed shirts and eat popsicles...they had such a great time.

When I went out to pick them up, all their little friends ran over to them to give them hugs...this is Michael, he was in Bailey's class, but really like hanging with both girls...
Mrs. Sumter and Mrs. Kim have been wonderful for Bailey this year!  She has enjoyed being in their class, and they will forever hold a special place in mine & Bailey's hearts.  This is on the last day!
Here is Kennedy and Mrs. Hunter (Carter had her too) on the last day!  Kennedy has loved having Mrs. Hunter, and of course it is nice for me for her to have someone that not only had Carter in class, but also was one of my friends in school...
Mrs. Casey came on mid-year to fill in for Kennedy's other teacher who moved back to Texas after Christmas.  She loved her as well...
Here is Bailey and some of her little friends on the last day!
Both girls were so excited for the year to be over, and for the great teachers that they had all year.  I know they will miss PreK next year, but they will move on to new teachers, and be so excited to start Kindergarten!!!

Buddy Day 2014

On one of the last few days of school Carter had his Fun & Field Day or they like to call it Buddy Day!!!  He LOVES this day, and was so excited this year when he was buddied up with his friend Merrick for the day!

They had several different events for them to do during the day, and roller racing was just one of them...

It was VERY windy that day, so don't pay attention to my hair!  I loved being able to be there with him although he mostly ran around with his friends.  Its being there that counts right?
He and Merrick....so glad that they are friends!
And this will be a every year picture I can tell...

And look how young they look last year (and how much more hair Carter has)..
Carter and Paige 2013
Carter's regular teacher had a baby back in March, so this is Mrs. Pinti, and she was his long term sub while Mrs. Knoedl was on leave.  Buddy Day was her last day...Carter loved having her as a fill in teacher, and she was so great with Carter and all the kids while she was there...

Molly's Last Day of MDO...

This sweet girl finished her last day of MDO a couple of weeks ago.  We have LOVED Mrs. Weida for 2 years, and although we will continue to see her in the hallway at school next year we will move to another teacher.  :(

Carter's last game...

Carter had his last machine pitch baseball game a couple of weeks ago.  He did such a good job this year, and by the end of the year was hitting the ball really well.  He also did a great job of playing pitcher.  Can't wait to see how the next year in ball goes.

This was the City Tournament so we played the other Gravette team, and although we didn't win we still played well.  So proud of these boys...

 Me and my sweet boy!!!
Chris and Carter...love that he coaches him...
Carter was so excited that he was on a team with his friends this year...James and Merrick...these boys are one of a kind...
And how fun that Brady had a great the same night, so I could get a cousin pick of the boys in their uniforms.  Love these 2...

Molly's MDO Spring Program...

Molly had her end of the year program at Lifeway a few weeks ago.  This is her 2nd year in MDO because of how her birthday falls, so she has had Mrs. Weida for 2 years and has loved it!!!!  She however, did NOT love the getting on stage and singing...can we say Bailey all over again?

This was her class walking in, I just love her surprised reaction when she sees all of us!
Chris had all the pictures of her on stage....lets be honest, you didn't miss anything by not seeing them.  She didn't have her back to us (Bailey), but she didn't move a muscle while singing was happening!  Oh well, she will one day hopefully love performing...

Papa Webb made the appearance, and Molly was over the moon...
Nana Flynt came as well...so lucky!
And then we have Molly and Mrs. Weida, we are SO lucky to have had her.  She has loved on Molly for 2 years, and we are SO grateful for her and what she has done for Molly!  I wish she would just move on up to the PreK 3 program so we could have her again...
Then we had a special picnic lunch with our friends before we headed home....
What a great day!!!!

Carter's New Hairstylist...

Our friend Crissy is our normal hairdresser, and her daughter Lydia I think will one day follow in her footsteps.  Well, a couple of weeks ago, Chris took Carter up to Crissy's to get a haircut while me and the girls were somewhere, and Crissy sends me these pictures.

I mean this is true friendship people, letting her cut your hair and she is only 9!  She did a great job, and really how can you mess up his hair...he shaves it off!

Good job Lydia, I think you have your first monthly client...

Happy Birthday Nana Flynt...

I know I have been away for a while...but its been a little crazy.  I will give an update to what all has been going on, and you will see why updating the blog has fallen behind...

Anyway, had to stop today and say a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY to this LOVELY Nana, Mother in Law, Mother.  She is the best, and we are so excited to get to tell her Happy Birthday!

She always makes a point to come to whatever the kids might have going on, she rarely misses out on anything.  She makes the BEST food, and is always so hospitable.  We are so lucky to have her in our lives, and hope that she has the best day!

Love you Nana!!!
