2nd Annual Pumpkin Patch

Our playgroup went to McGarrah Farms in Pea Ridge last Friday. This I am hoping is going to continue to be an annual event for us. The kids love it, and they give us a great deal. It is amazing to think back to last year, and remember that this was my first outing with 4 kids, and Molly was only 3 weeks old. I put the picture on here just to look back...amazing how fast time goes and how much bigger they all look.

Here are my growing girls...

Poor Carter had school this year, so he didn't get to attend. We sure did miss our little guy

Such sweet kids...

As much as I hated Carter not being there, it is always fun to just get to do stuff like this with the girls.

I'm pretty sure last year neither one of the girls made it all the way through the hay tunnel...

This isn't even all the kids that were there, but I just love how they are all doing their own thing...so funny

Can't forget the girls...

These are 2 of our sweet girls. This day they were actually sitting in the chair together reading. I love it when they are not screaming at each other and actually enjoy playing together. Look at that funny face of Kennedy...she is rotten.

I have a video of Molly walking but it won't upload. She is doing so good with it, she decided on her birthday to get up and just start going it was so funny. I need to take more pictures during the day of the girls, but quite frankly I forget. More next time....

Gravette Homecoming

A couple weeks ago Carter got to experience Gravette Homecoming festivities for the first time. Since he goes there now, he got to see the parade and then of course the game. He even got his picture with the Homecoming Queen, Miss Lauren, whom he adores. Some of his friends even came to the game, it was so funny to see these 3 together. The boys would "play" football in front of us and Lydia would cheer. What a crew....

Game Time...

The first of September meant we kicked off several things: Arkansas Football and Awanas at Church. Let's start with those Razorbacks...

The kids are all decked out ready to rout on those Razorbacks for their first game. We had some friends over and had a great time celebrating their first win with everyone

For Carter's birthday we got him tickets to the Razorback game, he was so excited and kept asking when was his turn to go to the game. We took him to the Troy game, and got to sit in the South Endzone. We were close to the band which he loved, and I think overall had a great time at his first game.

He did so good, I think he was so amazed at first at how big is was. He was so quiet when we first got there, but then quickly became engaged in the game.

September also meant the kickoff of Awanas at church. This is the first year that Carter is a Sparky. He makes me so proud, he got his vest and book the first night, and then every night since then has came home with a patch or his wings. The boy can memorize let me tell you, he gets that from his father. It does warm my heart when he recites John 3:16 to me in the car. I love that he is learning these verses, and can still remember them weeks after he learned them.

This is his sweet friend Jesse, they were in preschool together, but since Carter moved to Gravette, he doesn't see him as often as he would like. He does miss him, but at least they have awanas.
