2009 Ice Storm

Well, we woke up on Tuesday morning to everything covered in ICE, and several of our friends and family out of power. The Hands came over that morning to hang out while their power was out. We have been very fortunate to keep our power, which if you know where we live that is very RARE. We typically lose power, but I guess the tree trimming that they did a while back has helped.

Chris was home all day on Tuesday, and being the FLYNT that he is, he thought he could get more work done at his mom's house (so Carter and Paige could play). So, off we went, yes in the ice, to Nana Flynt's house. We had a great time, and really Chris does really well driving on the ice, I of course was a nervous wreck the entire way over there.

On Wed. night some of our friends that live out by the lake were out of power. So, we have had a little sleeper over with some friends. They have a little boy who was born in Aug., so needless to say, we are having some fun with kids.



Not sure how much we got exactly, but I am sure it is somewhere over 1 inch.

Carter got a haircut on Tuesday morning since Chris was working from home

Last night we had bathtime for all the kids, Carter thought he was so funny everytime he put bubbles on his chin

This is Noah, our friends Andrew and Angela's little boy. Him and Carter are exactly 2 yrs apart to the day.
