Love these girls...

I love the funny faces that my kids make, but my cousin Halle caught the best one at least from Kennedy on Friday night at the Gravette basketball game...

I love that they already have crazy little faces and expressions, even though sometimes we might not like their faces and expressions.

These 2 girls melt my heart, and this picture definitely captures their craziness.

Bathrooms and Bangs...

On Sunday morning after I had gotten ready for church, I went to get the girls for breakfast and found them here...

I got a glimpse into my future here people...first of all can you imagine all 3 of them fighting over the bathroom? They will not always get along this well in there. And let's just say now poor Carter, thankfully in the new house he has his own bathroom in his own room. He will need to get away from this.
I did love that they were playing so nicely in there with their dress up jewelry and bows...and even better I love that Kennedy is sitting in the sink, I am pretty sure I did that a few times as well in my day.

Then on Sunday afternoon, I finally got the girls to my friend Crissy for a haircut.  It has only taken me about 4 weeks to get them in...it was LONG overdue.  And this little lady has asked for about the last 4 weeks for bangs...Not sure what made her think she wanted bangs, but she was obsessed.  So, I gave in and she got bangs...to say she was HAPPY was an understatement.
She kept touching them all night, and making sure they were down.  I hate to tell her, but her hair is so fine and thin, they are going to stay down.  :(  The funniest thing was when she was getting them cut Bailey kep saying Kennedy it doesn't even look like you.  And I then asked who she looked like, and Molly screamed YOU!  Ha, so I guess now my little twin looks even more like me...
Gotta love some bangs....and look at that smile, totally worth it!

Super Bowl...

Last Sunday we went over to some friends house to watch the Super Bowl, and had such a great time.  The weather kept some people home, but we had a great time with the ones that were able to make it.  There were probably 80 people there and most of those were kids, but it actually wasn't too crazy!  I mean I am used to crazy, so it takes a lot to be crazy for me.

The girls of course got a picture together, can't say the boys were jumping at the thought of taking a picture.  But you can imagine, all of our husbands were there as well.  I love these ladies, they are so fun to be around, and we always have such a great time.  And since my Broncos weren't having the best time, at least we were!

Thanks Daniel and Danielle for inviting all of us over to your house!  You all always know how to entertain!

Its starting...

So, I know you all will probably get sick of me talking about us building the house, but I will use this as a way to document what is going on throughout the process.  Sorry if this is boring, but we are so excited...

So, Thursday Chris went out to the land around 8:00 AM, and this was done already...

And this....seriously Hoyt James does an amazing job.  We are so excited to have a road!!!
And here is where our house will sit...can you just imagine what it will be like?  I get more and more excited every time I think about it, and especially now that we have a road and land cleared for the house.  Although this is just the beginning, I am so excited and hopeful of what is to come.  He did all of this in about 7 hours I think...

Next up...Water, Power and Septic...not sure those pictures will be very exciting!

New Gymnastics Buddies...

Kennedy and Bailey moved up to a big class in gymnastics now that they are 5, so that meant we moved to a new night of gymnastics so that all 3 of them could go on the same night.  So, now instead of Thursdays we go on Tuesdays.  I was a little nervous about how they would all do, twins in big class, and Molly in a class without the twins.  But to all of our delight, our good friends have class with us.  One of their little ones, Paisley is 3, so her and Molly are in the same class...

Don't they look rotten...
They get done a little before their sisters, so they were watching and waiting patiently...
Kennedy and Bailey and their friend Kennedy (Paisley's sister) all have class together too.  They were all so excited that they have friends to join them in their class.  And let's be honest, I was so excited to see my friend Danielle walk in to bring the girls.  Lots of time to just hang out with her, which I always love!  Danielle's husband Daniel, text Chris after and said that we are now going to have to strategically decide which one of us takes the kids so we have a "visiting" partner for the night while the kids do their stuff.  I agree...

Upward Basketball Kick-Off...

Carter had his first Upward Basketball game last Saturday!  He had such a good time, and let me tell you the boy ran and ran and ran the entire game.  He definitely played hard...I especially like his defense strategy...HUG people.  :)  I reminded him after the game, that we don't need to hug people to play defense.  Overall, his little team did really well!

Week 1 of 8...

And this is what the girls did during the game..play with our Sunday School teachers daughter Ashlyn...
Good times will be had for the next 7 weeks on Saturday mornings if anyone wants to come watch some very "athletic" 1st graders.  :)
